Important: All Masterline Messaging plans charge an MBF, or a monthly base access fee. The MBF is the minimum monthly service charge and covers basic access to our messaging network. Per message and/or Per Minute use charges apply depending on plan type and feature option.
You may be charged for more than one message per call when the caller exceeds 80 characters. Each message is calculated at 80 characters per message block per call including sequencing number.

We provide up to 60 minutes of setup support for new users of our Masterline Messaging service. After the initial 60 minutes, we would be happy to assist you at our normal billable rate of $140 per hour.
