| Service Notes: The term of your Masterline Messaging service agreement is 12 months. Per Month Plan refers to billing terms only. Per Month Plan subscribers please note you will be billed at the full retail price on a per month basis. Usage fees are billed monthly in arrears. Prepaid Plan Subscribers please note the MBF is prepaid in advance for 12 months and includes a discount. Non- refundable prepayments and activation fees apply. Masterline Messaging Subscribers, You are purchasing the Service subject to Terms and Conditions. If you attempt to terminate Service prior to the end of the 12 month term, you will be responsible for the full year's charges to the end of the then-current term, including without limitation unbilled charges, plus a disconnect fee, all of which immediately become due and payable. Expiration of the term or termination of Service does not excuse the Subscriber from paying all unpaid, accrued charges due in relation to the Agreement. Masterline will bill all charges, applicable taxes and surcharges monthly in advance (except for usage-based charges, which will be billed monthly in arrears, and any other charges which Masterline decides to bill in arrears) to your credit card, including but not limited to: activation fees, monthly Service fees, international usage charges, advanced feature charges, equipment purchases, disconnect fees and shipping and handling charges. Minutes of Use: Any minutes of use charges will be billed in increments that are rounded up to the nearest minute except as otherwise set forth in the rate schedules found on Masterline's website. CGS offers you a DEDICATED toll-free number with a customized personal greeting recorded by you. Change and update your greeting as needed to let customers know if you are at a conference, on vacation, or simply on the road.
Requirements: Desktop or wireless email address only. No text addresses. For added redundancy, we can link two (2) addresses for the price of one.

Consulting Fees:
Masterline provides professional consulting for its potential customers to assist them in deploying their wireless messaging system and exploring applicable communication solutions. Services are available upon request on a per fee basis.
Initial consultation for services is free for the first one hour. Prevailing rates apply thereafter. Consultation fees are due and payable upon activation of service unless a service contract has been initiated in which case billing terms will apply.
