If you lose your device, are out-of-network, experience a weather-related failure, your messages are stored and accessible via the Masterline Message Gateway for 30 days or 100 messages, whichever occurs first. Masterline provides consulting for agencies and enterprises to assist in deploying their wireless messaging system. Service areas include integration, installation, training and development of customized applications. Professional Services are available upon request on a per fee basis.

Initial consultation for ECCG services is free for the first one hour. Prevailing rates apply thereafter. Consultation fees are due and payable upon activation of service unless a service contract has been initiated in which case billing terms will apply.
