We recommend using Blackberry devices with voice and email enabled. Group Notify can be used with 2 wireless devices. Each device must have email enabled.
Disclaimer: Message delivery is dependant on the users wireless carrier network coverage and signal strength of the device. Masterline does not offer "guaranteed delivery". If you lose your device, are out-of-network, experience a weather-related failure, your messages are stored and accessible via the Masterline Message Gateway for 60 days or 100 messages, whichever occurs first. Masterline Message Gateway is an Internet based service.

Professional Services:
Masterline provides consulting for agencies and enterprises to assist in deploying their wireless messaging system. Services areas include integration, installation, training and development of customized applications. Professional Services are available upon request on a per fee basis.
Initial consultation for Group Notify services is free for the first one hour. Prevailing rates apply thereafter. Consultation fees are due and payable upon activation of service unless a service contract has been initiated in which case billing terms will apply.
