Masterline Technologies has a 30-day return policy on most of its products, with the following exceptions:
Due to limitations placed upon us by the following manufacturers*, Masterline Technologies cannot accept returns on any of their products. Manufacturer's numbers are listed below to contact for repairs, exchanges, or support. If you are instructed to contact Masterline Technologies regarding an exchange, we will need an RMA number, case number, or trouble ticket number from the manufacturer as well as the name of the person you spoke with and their phone number with extension in order to process your request.

* Wireless cellular products (PC card modems, phones, PDA phones) purchased whether activated or non-activated are not returnable. Defective wireless cellular products (PC card modems, phones, PDA phones) activated or non-activated must be exchanged for replacement within 15 days.
* Software is non-returnable.
* Returns must be 100% complete, with all original boxes and packing materials, with the original UPC codes on the manufacturer's boxes, as well as all manuals, registration cards, software, cabling, adapters, and accessories. Masterline Technologies reserves the right to refuse and return any product return that does not meet these requirements.
* Non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable & the customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns to Masterline Technologies.

RMA numbers are valid for 7 days.
Manuafacturer's Warranty
All products (unless noted in writing) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty.
