Masterline Messaging - MESSAGING TRANSFER

Masterline Messaging sells and supports Telisimo ( formerly Aradiant) services.
We are a business wireless communications provider.

If you are a Arch, Metrocall, (USA Mobility) Mobitex/Cingular or Verizon customer wanting to transfer your operator messaging service, or other toll-free messaging service to Masterline, please read the below instructions carefully. Effective January 1, 2007 new transfer and reactivation rates apply at $50.00 per line or per user.


1. In most cases, not all, we can retain your toll-free number.

2. In most cases, not all, we can transfer your service in one day.

3. In most cases, not all, your greeting will remain unchanged.

SPECIAL NOTICE TO MOBITEX USERS:

MOBITEX
Users will receive special discounts when service is transferred before October 30, 2006. After November 1, 2006, regular transfer rates will apply. Effective January 1, 2007, the transfer rate will increase to $50.00 per user. Due to the anticipated large volume of transfers, Masterline cannot guarantee transfers to take less than 48 hours per user. Group transfers will take longer and will be handled on a case by case basis.

*The monthly base access fee applies to specific Masterline service plans: Personal 800, Custom Greeting Service, OneConnect. Contact us for prices on other popular plans.

GENERAL INFORMATION: In order to use operator-assisted messaging we require an email or text-messaging address. Blackberry users will need to provide their PIN number in addition to their email address. No exceptions.

HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR SERVICE:

1. Contact Masterline about what service you wish to transfer. Masterline will coordinate with the network provider to facilitate service transfer of your toll-free number(s).

2. You may need to contact your carrier and request termination of your specific service ( i.e. operator-assisted service, One-Connect, etc.). Once your carrier terminates your service, the network provider will port your service to the Masterline network connecton.

DISCLAIMER: The time between termination of your current service and transfer to Masterline will be approximately 48 HOURS OR LESS. While Masterline makes every effort to ensure a timely transfer, we do not make any gurantees as to the actual time frame.

3. Read the terms and conditions prior to submitting your transfer information. Download our transfer and credit card authorization forms. Fill out both forms and fax back to: 619.582.4616

4. If all information is complete and accurate, your service will be transferred. A test message is sent to you upon transfer. An email from our billing department will be sent with your new account information. We will contact you if there is a problem and need more information.

5. For corporate or group accounts contact us directly to discuss your service transfer at 800.372.3058

6. Masterline requires you maintain a company email address for billing purposes. Yahoo, Hotmail, or other private addresses are unacceptable.


All Masterline Messaging numbers are toll-free and 100% portable. Change devices or carrier, and your number will follow you!

Important: All Masterline Messaging plans charge an MBF, or a monthly base access fee. The MBF is the minimum monthly service charge and covers basic access to our messaging network. Per message and/or Per Minute use charges apply depending on plan type and feature option.

Operator messaging fees are assessed based on every 80 characters per call.
Plan activation date is based on the date Masterline accepts payment.

All prices in US dollars and subject to applicable taxes.

Transfer Directions:

1. Read the User agreement.

2. Print out the Transfer-by-Fax form

3. Print out the Credit Card Authorization form

4. Fill out both forms.

5. Fax both forms to: 619.582.4616

Consulting Fees:

Masterline provides professional consulting for its potential customers to assist them in deploying their wireless messaging system and exploring applicable communication solutions. Services are available upon request on a per fee basis.


Initial consultation for Group Notify and Executive Custom Corprate services is free for the first one hour. Prevailing rates apply thereafter. Consultation fees are due and payable upon activation of service unless a service contract has been initiated in which case billing terms will apply.
