Messaging Customer service:

1. To Modify your Personal Options or to Reach a Operator Messaging Agent:

Operator messaging agents are available to support subscriber messaging 24/7. Just call your assigned toll-free number to speak with your operator. Have your security code (password) handy.

2. Modification Fees:

If you make an email address change, text-messaging address change, carrier change, device change, PIN number change, or user name change we will charge $15.00 per user per occurence.

3. Reactivating suspended service:

If your service has been suspended, you have up to 30 days to reactivate your service without losing your toll-free number. After 30 days, your service will be terminated and your toll-free number will be permanently retired from our system. There is a $35.00 reactivation fee charged based on a per occurence basis.

4. Termination of service:

When your service has been terminated, you will be charged a $50.00 turn-off fee plus any outstanding message use fees, late charges, or applicable fees. All fees are charged on a per user, per occurence basis.

In addition to supporting the nation's leading paging carriers, services are provided for numerous high-profile emerging technology companies in the Personal Communication Services (PCS), digital cellular, Enhanced Specialized Mobile Radio (ESMR), and Cellular Digital Packet Data (CDPD) areas. Established in 1990, Aradiant dispatches several million messages per month through its headquarters and operations centers in San Diego, CA.

Important Service Notes Affecting Your Masterline Messaging Service Plan
Service Notes: Prepaid Plan Subscribers, please note the MBF is prepaid in advance and includes a discount. Per Month Plan Subscribers, please note you will be billed at full retail price on a per month basis. Usage fees are billed monthly in arrears. Non- refundable pre-payments and activation fees apply.

You are purchasing the Service subject to Terms and Conditions. If you attempt to terminate Service prior to the end of a monthly term, you will be responsible for the full month's charges to the end of the then-current term, including without limitation unbilled charges, plus a disconnect fee, all of which immediately become due and payable. Expiration of the term or termination of Service does not excuse the Subscriber from paying all unpaid, accrued charges due in relation to the Agreement.

We will bill all charges, applicable taxes and surcharges monthly in advance (except for usage-based charges, which will be billed monthly in arrears, and any other charges which Masterline decides to bill in arrears) to your credit card, including but not limited to: activation fees, monthly Service fees, international usage charges, advanced feature charges, equipment purchases, disconnect fees and shipping and handling charges. Any usage charges will be billed in increments that are rounded up to the nearest minute except as otherwise set forth in the rate schedules found on Masterline's website.
